Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sassafrashollerllc@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

For lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, please file a claim directly with the carrier. While we cannot refund packages confirmed as delivered, we will try to assist you in resolving the issue.
Local Pickup
